SCHEME REPORT:
We hope this letter finds you well enough, despite our general silence SCHEME is always up to something… Just no need to fill the air just to represent market share. We’re not worried about saving hardcore or defending against whatever the newest sponsored pervasive element is... We make the records for the people who want ‘em and for those who don’t.. good luck with all that OTHER STUFF. Despite our laissez faire approach in these blistering summer weeks, our affiliates are seizing the days on a global scale. More info on specific doings in the next block-o-text, we just want to give credit here to the people we chose ally with who are making things happen for themselves and their community, it’s not about moralizing or the big picture but taking action. Nothing more hc then that…don’t make me quote Cipher.. with that being said SCH-11 is in the works and will be announced when we got the time.
SCENE REPORT:
I understand the irony in making fun of market share and posting this next thing BUT Wreckage, our friends, brothers and all around East Coast darlings have this big ole trip to Japan coming up next week and have a few sudden expenses that while are small potatoes in the grand scheme of this wild and twisted earth.. are a pretty serious hinderance to the band right now. So in the spirit of the accruement of capital we put together a bundle of shit you can buy directly from them at www.WreckageCTHC.bigcartel.com . People are always asking us for Wreckage shirts, and frankly they play enough to where we don’t really feel the need to rob their pockets and sell their stuff for them… so this is a good chance to get what I would call the absolute best shirt they’ve ever made entirely courtesy of the best in the west Dewey Burtker. This is also your last chance (please bro stop asking us please please) to get a color copy of the Self in All 7” + an entirely alternate jacket only available now and from the band. No printer paper bullshit, an actual alternate jacket only available right now from the band ..strictly limited to 40 (because this is the amount of unsold blue records that exist..no artificial scarcity to be found..). In much less dramatic fashion ; Echo Chamber (#1 in the Rhine) and Dead Last (Nice!) have a Euro tour on the horizon, Both bands hitting spots they’ve never been to spread the word on SCHEME brand HC. Scheme Season has come and gone but these DL tracks still have the power….
… also Almighty Watching is playing Sunday in New Jersey at what by all accounts is a metalcore forward show.
