SCHEME REPORT:
Has it been 3 months of radio silence? I know you expect better from such high achieving A types like Kyle and Chris at Scheme but even men touched by the hand of god end up crushed under the weight of obligation. Believe us... our faith in the scene has never waivered even if we're not proselytizing in these hallowed halls (your email inbox full of credit card offers that you SHOULD take and Sam BBB trying to sell you a track suit) were out there in the streets working towards the next big hardcore hit to bill you for every cent.
As any self respecting Catholics would were going to be penitent in our approach to this weeks email blast, were going to flaggulate1 ourselves with our memories of the last handful of months social going ons that we've taken part in…you know the meat and potatoes of hardcore..attending shows…hanging out in the parking lot … etc etc etc. Before we bare that burden, we’d like to catch you up on current events and some comings and goings that are less ethereal in nature and more utilitarian:
First off, The Scheme Until Its Your Reality comp is finished at the pressing plant and is in en route to us via an incredibly slow boat…and frankly we ALL know the fates befallen certain watercraft2 as of late so hold onto to your horses and pray you can one day hold our expertly crafted master work in your hands one day soon (Expect a month or two..ish). If you're in Europe and ordered from MerchPit you might have a record in a couple weeks, so keep an eye out and send us pictures because you’ll see em well before we do.

If you want something you can hold in your hands or wear on your head (or back) we’re unloading some gear that we got made for various events over the last coupla months and as we enter our striking a blow to capitalism era, where neither of us wants to lug a box of shirts to every hardcore hangout this is the only place to get it for the foreseeable future. To save you another browser page, here’s what we've got … limited sizes of our certified classic UNTIL IT’S YOUR REALITY shirt in both Navy and Cardinal red, a redux of our first garment (the ever rarer STRIKTLY BUSINESS hoodie) now on a crewneck for the first and probably only time) and our standard issue SCHEME “S” CAP back in stock for an incredibly short time in BREEN with silver embroidery. You can also get some older stuff that I found haunting the bottom of a box (White Until It’s Your Reality / XL ECHO CHAMBER Shirts + Tapes)
Now for the real environmental waste..the hard stuff..the plastic…
Not to pull the curtain too far back we’ve got about 5 ALMIGHTY WATCHING 7”s left out of the roughly 550 we pressed..so if that’s something you don’t own feel free to clean us out and we’ll put that $20 profit to good use. WRECKAGE “Our Time” 1st press is currently in the hospital on life support, it doesn't have very long to live. I’m talking one last box of 20 than its SOLD OUT until…..the sequel.

Alright now repeat that last part but pretend it’s about a long awaited sequel to one of the best demos of the last 10 years.
We’re not going to make too many promises about the consistency of this news publication but you know ideally we would like to get back on schedule and maybe a little off schedule and start sending mid week emails where I talk about the best Robert Deniro movies or the top 5 Released Power Productions. So if that something you’d read keep an eye out…maybe tell us some stuff you'd like to see…you know spin the wheels of progress.
SCENE REPORT:
As we emerge from the fog like troops coming home from war we look back and reminisce about parking lot situations of yester month,
WRECKAGE RECORD RELEASE:
Starting from a place of relatively easily remembered relevant events I think we last left off right before the WRECKAGE “Our Time” record release, a biblical event in the canon, we assembled Wreckord release 12”s in the green room just like the old days, ENVISION was certified CTHC for the evening and sense of unity and togetherness was felt like no other gig in a while.
DEATH THREAT 25 ANNIV SHOW
We hung out next to a dumpster for most of this show, so know it was a fire gig. C4 made me shed a single tear in my eye from the Irish pride that exhumed from the stage, on St. Patricks Day no less. One guy could not stop getting beat up throughout the night. 100 DEMONS was big fellas only….perhaps the second to last show with Pete? DEATH THREAT was a cinematic experience, playing the hits alongside with some certified deep cuts. An important note is that we got Pepes prior with Big “Mark nooooo” Quiggles, currently taking Instagram by storm. I, Albin, remember refusing to share any of my slices with him.
SILENT MAJORITY REUNION WEEKEND
I got coffee before the Brooklyn set at some communist library/bookstore around the block that had literature on how to blow up pipelines….they still had a code so no homeless people could use their bathroom though. Hmm. Brooklyn show overall…….it was cool but the vibe didn’t really hit. Twas a big room and nothing wrong with the band but the vibe wasn’t there. The next day however was chefs kiss. Hitting the dinner brekky beforehand at Nautilus, extreme parking lot vibes throughout the day, the legendary one song debut of the newest Scheme recruits HEADS WILL ROLL, and then a perfect set from SILENT MAJORITY in a VFW. One for the books.
In the coming days / weeks / months our battalions are making movements up and down the east coast, so we’ve collected all that info here so you can do the right thing and attend:

The youth (mostly Noah and ADRIENNE…everyone else a little old) broke the code, you just gotta on tour with str8 up HC band, an empathic metalcore band and the Japanese style tiny tots beatdown band to capture the hearts and minds of the zooming generation.
DEAD LAST / COLLATERAL / GRAND SCHEME

WRECKAGE RAW BRIGADE CT SHOW
A different kind of show in CT, an experiment if you will. Shows back in Meriden where they play belong…WRECKAGE return to CT after having their knees broken at the Wamleg + Real Hardcore RAW BRIGADE and some curiously metallic HC from ARMA X / DESORDEN from fucking Spain yo.
